Could Be Worse. Could Say 'YANKEE FAN'

Simple: Should a person in Brooklyn have the right to have a license plate that says "HAMMAS," which is, according to a neighbor, intended to mean support for Hamas? If we're talking a bumper sticker, there's clearly a First Amendment right. But does the DMV have to issue a plate with that on it? Or is it "patently offensive," as the state is alleging? (WCBS-TV/New York)
