You Run The Risk Of Just Being Depressed AND Sweaty

A study says that exercise can help you beat depression, and I'm sure it helps, but I would be concerned that people will see this and assume that they can "shake it off" by working out, and that's not the case. Depression is a disease, and just going for a run isn't going to fix that by itself. Exercise, but don't make that the only thing you do to address it. (WTNH-TV/New Haven)
