A woman is suing her former employer because it allegedly fired her for taking too many and too long bathroom breaks while she was pregnant. They insisted that she clock out when going to the bathroom so they wouldn't have to pay her for that time. Apparently, the company and her manager don't know how pregnancy works. Sure, you don't want workers slacking off, but pregnant women have no choice but to go to the bathroom. You shouldn't be docked for having to pee. (KATU-TV/Portland)
