That's Some Benefits Package

You work for a business owned by one person, and he's aging. You're a little nervous about that, because you don't know what his plans are for when he wants to retire. But at one Philadelphia men's store, the owner's retirement is leading to something unusual: After relocating the operation to new digs, he plans to give the store to his employees. He'll work for them short-term as a buyer (they have to pay for his trips overseas) to transition, but the three salesmen there -- all of whom have worked for him for decades -- will own the business. Think your boss would leave you with a piece of the action? (Philadelphia Inquirer)
