In Philly, They'd Be Elected Governor (Google 'Rendell Snowball Jimmy Johnson')

Three Toronto Maple Leafs fans are facing charges of "engaging in prohibited conduct" for throwing their jerseys onto the ice in disgust during a game. And I will not defend the fans for doing so -- someone quite literally could get hurt -- but you can understand the frustration, considering that the Leafs have not won a Cup since 1967, the last season that the NHL was made up of the Original 6. You'd be disgusted, too. They're in the middle of another mediocre season, and MLSE continues to find ways not to win, even though the building's been sold out for generations, which may be why they aren't rushing to win anything, come to think of it. The three fans have also been banned from Leafs and Raptors games at the Air Canada Centre (and Toronto F.C. matches) for a year, and they might be better off for it. (CTV News)
