So Cut Back On School Hours

Researchers say, again, that teens don't get enough sleep, maybe two hours too few. Blame? Well, social media, cell phones, all the distractions. Speaking as a non-teen who also doesn't get enough sleep, I'd say that we all have a problem with having too much to do and not enough time to do it, and something has to give -- which usually means sleep. Do your kids get 9 hours of sleep in a typical night? Would you take away their devices to make sure they're not up late texting? (AP via Denver Post)
