This Just Shouldn't Sit Right With Anyone. Not In America
-
Indiana Republican legislators and the Governor -- an old radio hand -- are about to land themselves on the wrong side of history again by passing and enacting a law that lets businesses refuse to serve gay people on "religious freedom" grounds. Whatever the Bible says about being gay, “do all things as unto the Lord†doesn't mean "don't serve someone else who isn't doing all things as unto the Lord." If you interpret your religion to say you shouldn't serve blacks or Jews or Muslims or women, you'd never get the legislature to pass a law letting you do that. So why single out gay customers?
