On Friday, Abercrombie and Fitch finally announced that it will be dropping the shirtless, sexualized marketing it rode to the top and back down, and will hire people regardless of "attractiveness." If this is true, it's wiping out the image they've achieved over the years. And the question is: Too little, too late? Will dropping the attitude make a difference to people who wouldn't set foot in that place before? Will it really be any less fat-shaming, ageist, and judgmental? (New York Times)
