Not Diet Food, We Get It

How, as this article announces, is Obamacare changing how you order a beer? Because, buried in the regulations, they included in the requirement that menus give calorie counts beer and wine. Or, more precisely, beer and wine were NOT exempted as brewers and restaurants assumed they would be, which poses a problem inasmuch as many craft brews are made with the brewer having no idea what the caloric content or carbs or anything else are, and they haven't been required to know that. Getting that information will require everyone to pay to come up with those numbers, because, with few exemptions, it's required. Which raises the question: Do you even care what the calories are in a craft beer? You know you're not ordering a light beer, so you know there will be more calories. Do you need to know how many?
