I think we've talked about this before, but it's an issue: New York has experienced a condo boom, and the buildings are getting taller and taller. And tall buildings are casting longer shadows over Central Park and all of the surface streets, so they get less sunlight, and that's a quality of life issue. Should they try to rein it in or is it too late? (Washington Post)
