Think I'll Go With A Pint Of Graeter's Instead

Sucks when a cultural icon is found to have feet of clay, and that's what we're learning about Blue Bell Creameries, the iconic Texas ice cream maker, which the FDA contends knew about the listeria contamination at its Oklahoma plant as early as 2013 and didn't directly address it. The FDA says there were sanitation problems at its Texas and Alabama plants, too. Tough when a universally beloved product turns out to be not only defective, but the result of the company's own inaction. (Houston Chronicle)
