A Lot Of Disappointment And One Marilyn Monroe Sighting. Seems Worth It
-
This guy's been a season ticket holder for the Los Angeles-California-Anaheim-Los Angeles Angels Of Anaheim since the beginning. And when I say "beginning," I mean the real beginning, all the way back to 1961, when he handed Gene Autry himself a check and went to the old Wrigley Field to see the expansion team's first season. He's 92 now, and doesn't get to too many games (and spends a LOT of money on those tickets), but that's loyalty. And at least he got to see them win a World Series, and helped hoist the championship flag. Best thing, though: His top memory isn't any game, it's seeing Marilyn Monroe at a game and marveling at her breasts, because of course that would be the most memorable thing you'd see at an Angels game.
