Somewhere, Roger Goodell Is Expressing Relief That This Isn't HIS Problem

What should be done in the wake of the Superclasico fiasco in Argentina, the big soccer match between eternal rivals Boca Juniors and River Plate at which Boca fans pepper-sprayed River Plate players, causing the match to be abandoned? It's interesting that the President of Boca is calling for light sanctions against his club because the players are blameless and it's "society" at fault, but you HAVE to punish the team, right? Doesn't matter if it's a handful or thousands, and the way that the River Plate team was at one point unable to leave the pitch because Boca fans had breached security and there was, for a while, no safe path to escape indicates that it was more than a few rogues in the stands. You be the judge: How would you handle this? (BBC)
