That Supreme Court Facebook case ruling that a threat on social media isn't a threat if the person who posted the comments can't be proven to have MEANT them as threats may have come just in time for the high school student arrested in Florida for allegedly threatening her teacher. Among the comments are hopes that the teacher kills herself or jumps off the roof, and talk about coming out of prison for her murder and stabbing her in the face. The thing is, you can read these as threats or you can read these as the kind of wild-ass things kids will whine when they're upset. Take a look and see if you think this would be analogous to the Supreme Court case. (WKMG-TV/Orlando)
