A guy is facing a panhandling ticket despite what he says is proof that his wallet had been stolen and he was someplace else at the time of the alleged infraction. He says he's provided proof from his employer that he was on the job as a maintenance man when the ticket was issued, and that his wallet and ID were taken and may have been used by someone else. Couldn't this be settled by having the cop who issued the citation look at him to confirm that he wasn't the guy who was panhandling? (WSB-TV/Atlanta)
