That 'Starving Children In Europe' Thing Didn't Work On Us, Did It?

A study claims that Americans each throw out $640 worth of food a year, and, worse, we don't care about that as much as how much food costs. How DARE us. This study concentrates on the environmental costs, but, well, I mean, we DO use leftovers when we have 'em. And sometimes you end up with too many leftovers, and you don't want us to get obese, do you? Geez, people, stop sending us mixed messages. (USA Today)
