We'll Always Have Charmin

Come to think of it, I suppose that with everything gone digital and the desire to be more environmentally correct, there IS a crisis requiring a public relations campaign to prop up the paper industry. They're spending millions to remind you that paper is an important part of your life, with heartwarming commercials involving things like a little boy sending a letter to his dad in the military overseas via paper airplane, relayed by a neighbor, or a woman taking her dad to a ballgame with tickets in a paper envelope. Warm, fuzzy, tactile. Are you using less paper? (Yes.) Will a P.R. campaign change that? (No.) (Washington Post)
