A study concludes that a 9-5 work schedule is bad for you because your body rhythms shouldn't get involved with work until, like, 10 am. Oh, okay, so, I can stop getting up to work at 3 am now? You'll pay me to work less hours and sleep in? What? You won't? Then shut the (expletive) up with this "bad for you" stuff. (Stuff.co.nz)
