Clever lawyering: In Georgia, thanks to a court ruling that gave some attorneys ideas, accused drunk drivers are getting off by telling the court that they were too drunk to consent to voluntary breathalyzer and blood tests. And that leaves the prosecutors having to either claim they weren't that drunk -- killing the case -- or, well, there goes the evidence. They might want to fix that soon. (WSB-TV/Atlanta)
