A woman's pit bull went missing, but it didn't take long to figure out where the dog went, because she happened to have surveillance video showing the dog being stolen by a neighbor. The neighbor, who says she works with a rescue group, claimed she'd taken the dog to get spayed and that the owner mistreated the pet, but the cops say there's no evidence of that. When does someone have the right to take a pet away from someone else? Say there IS abuse -- should you step in or leave it to the police? (WKMG-TV/Orlando)
