For When Peeing On A Tree Just Doesn't Do It For You Anymore

San Francisco renovated a park and included a public urinal. An outdoor urinal. It's basically a half-circle wall with a drain. Otherwise, wide open. But since homeless folks have been peeing everywhere in the city, even that's an improvement. Beyond San Francisco's particular problem with public urination and defecation, I always go back to a topic that I think is pretty universal: Cities have way too few clean, safe public bathroom facilities. You should never be more than a few blocks from one. I'd spend tax money on that before building a bullet train nobody will ride, or car pool lanes that don't lessen traffic.
