We're agreed that texting while driving is bad. But do we want the police to use a "textalyzer" -- something they can use when they pull you over to examine whether you were distracted by texts? Isn't that an invasion of privacy? And if it's an incoming text, how can they tell if you read it or it just popped up on the screen and you didn't look? This seems to raise more problems than it solves. (New York Times)
