Okay, You've Gotten Our Attention. Now, We're Going To Go Watch Something Else

There's a tower on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood that's right outside the studios of KTLA, Channel 5, and anyone who's been here would know it -- it's 160 feet, an old-style white metal tower with the station's logo on it (it is NOT the station's actual transmission tower, which is up on Mount Wilson. It's more a decoration than anything else). As I write this, some loon in a Celtics sweatshirt has climbed the tower. He's standing on one of the giant yellow "5" logos and he's been there for a while; there are now inflatable cushions below him, in case he jumps. This happened 5 years ago, too, but I don't remember how they got that guy down. Here he is:
There's a fence around the base of the tower, so how he got in there is still unclear. As is why he'd do that. The street is closed, which has rush hour in a little bit of a shambles (which it is on any day, come to think of it). Do you wait him out, go get him, or walk away and ignore him?
