A whole bunch of network TV shows got cancelled on one day -- "The Muppets," "Castle," "Agent Carter," the last remaining "CSI" -- and it raises the question of whether that matters much anymore in an on-demand, shorter "season," binge-watching, catching-up-with-old-shows world.
