Maybe They'll Address It At The Convention. (Yeah, That'll Happen)

Philadelphia has been doing work on some of the places the homeless have congregated at night, so a lot of them have taken up residence under the Convention Center where a lot of tourists and business people walk every day and where some of the Democratic National Convention will take place (mostly the Politifest stuff, not the main event, but some of the main hotels are right there, too). It's not the side of the city the Chamber of Commerce wants you to see, but they can't answer one question that begs for an answer: Where can the homeless people go? There HAS to be a better solution. We can put a human on the moon but we can't come up with ideas to put a roof over people with no place to go? (Philadelphia Inquirer)
