Several hundred Wharton School grads are signatories to a letter expressing outrage that Donald Trump is a fellow Wharton alumnus. They feel that they have to publicly state that they don't agree with his "prejudice and intolerance," but I wonder: Is there anyone in the world who sees Trump and extends what he says and does to other Wharton grads? Is it necessary for them to say "we don't agree with him?" The one thing I'd be worried about is his business "prowess" -- someone MIGHT assume that he learned how to lose much of his father's fortune and end up using bankruptcies and threats to maintain the illusion of "success" at Wharton.
