One of the big selling points used to defend Uber and Lyft is that it reduces drunk driving by providing a universal dedicated driver service. But has that had an effect on drunk driving? A study says no, or at least not yet. DUI cases are steady in markets where ride sharing is available. Maybe it's too expensive. Or maybe drunks just don't think they're drunk at all.
