A study -- yeah, we're sick of these studies, I know -- says that fidgeting at your desk is good for your health -- just tapping your foot for three hours can increase blood flow and guard against loss of artery function. We've been told for our entire lives to keep still, by parents and teachers and co-workers, and they may all have been wrong. (KING-TV/Seattle)
