Whatever Happened To '18 To Chill, 21 To Swill'?
-
This is sort of an interesting case: A bar on Long Island has different minimum age requirements for men and women. Men have to be 30 and older, women 25 and older to come in. A club CAN set age minimums, but whether they can have DIFFERENT ages for men and women is up for debate. The club says that it's because men prefer younger women, and women are more mature at an earlier age than men, so they're less likely to cause trouble. Are those adequate reasons? (New York Times)
