And They'll CGI Out Anything Identifiable, So What's The Point?
-
Great news: They're gonna film another movie in my neighborhood, about a mile up the road, and this one, Christopher Nolan's next, "Dunkirk," will include explosions and gunfire, because it's about the titular evacuation in World War II. So, noise. It may seem glamorous to live someplace where they film a lot of movies, but it is a pain in the ass, especially with noise. And they didn't leave the usual notice in our mailboxes about this one, either, although Nolan did film "Inception" even closer to my house -- like, a few blocks away -- and other than a lot of trailers lined up along the main road, it wasn't too bad, just some choppers and an occasional echoing noise. Still, if you live someplace where they film a lot of stuff, do you find it a nuisance or a positive? (Daily Breeze, Torrance)
