Okay, It's Not Really Jogging So Much As It's Plodding

This article has been making the rounds for a few weeks: It's about one expert's insistence that there are great benefits to jogging slowly. You get exercise while not exerting the kind of energy or experiencing the impact that makes you uncomfortable. The idea is that if you can easily smile while doing it, that's the speed (or lack of it) that you should go. So I'm doing it right, because I run very slowly.... (Chicago Tribune via Philly.com)
