Don't Like It? Don't Get Sick
-
Target, for the last decade, has used a better bottle for prescription drugs at its pharmacies - opens on the bottom, tapered, label wraps around top, color coding. People liked it. So, naturally, when CVS took over operation of Target pharmacies, it promptly stopped using the good bottles, because it uses the old, plain, harder to open, harder to keep straight bottles at its other stores and it's cheaper just to use one bottle type everywhere. Which is a little silly, since they COULD have switched CVS stand-alone stores to the Target bottle. But they really don't care, because where else are you gonna go? (Minneapolis Star Tribune)
