What is being wrongfully incarcerated for 13 years for a crime you didn't commit worth? Oklahoma is only giving this wrongfully jailed man $175,000. He can't ask for more, he was exonerated in 1996, and the state's been stonewalling him ever since. Someone in the state should be ashamed, but they probably aren't.
