This is a really good examination (cleverly designed in the manner of the Domino's website) of how Domino's not only recovered from a terrible image and viral embarrassment to become bigger than ever, thanks to being honest about how their pizza sucked. It helps that -- Lord help me, I never thought I'd say this -- the pizza's now pretty good, at least way, way better than it used to be, even if it ain't New York pizza. But honesty and continual clever marketing helped the company recover, then just keep growing and growing. Now, to address competition from Postmates and Uber Eats, they're redoing stores to allow for sit-down dining. Who thought Domino's would be the poster child for smart, forward-thinking companies?
