Blame The Victim, Government Edition

As dire as you may find things wherever you are, Venezuela is making a good case for being the most dysfunctional country on earth. The latest: The government, with no money, has cut wheat imports way, way back, so bakers don't have enough to make bread. Yes, a bread shortage. And what's the government doing about it? It's blaming the bakers and "cracking down" on them for not making enough bread with wheat they don't have. It would be funny if people weren't facing starvation. (Miami Herald)
