What, you think that United incident was isolated? Here's another United passenger with a less bloody and less serious story: He paid for a first class ticket, full fare, and was in his seat when the crew came up to him and told him he'd have to leave because they had a "higher-priority passenger" who wanted the seat, and that they'd cuff him if he refused. They put the guy in a middle seat in coach, and didn't even offer a refund (they eventually gave him the difference in fares). Now, THAT'S customer service. That's United. (Los Angeles Times)
