That's Gonna Affect Your Tip

At a restaurant in New Jersey, someone working in the place scribbled a message on a cop's receipt, the words "Cops," "Pigs," and "Puercos" (that's "Pigs" in Spanish, so it's bilingual insulting). The employee was fired. Who thinks they can get away with that? But it's also a question of what you'd do if you were in a service job and someone walked in who, for whatever reason -- cop, Nazi, red hair, whatever -- enraged you by his or her very presence. Can you put everything aside and just serve the customer? (WCAU-TV/Philadelphia)
