Or You Could Eat A Lot Less, But That's Not Really Feasible, Is It?
-
I've been running for over 35 years, partly for cardiovascular health and partly to control my weight; with a recent knee injury, I've put on a few pounds while unable to run. Turns out I've been doing it all wrong, according to this article that says long-distance running is bad for losing weight. You should do more strength/weight training -- upper body stuff -- and less running. NOW they tell me. Not sure I buy it, but maybe some upper body stuff WOULD help. Who knows. (USA Today)
