Sir, You're Charged With Possession With Intent To Spackle
-
A man on probation was pulled over in a traffic stop for driving without headlights, then got thrown in jail for 90 days for possession of cocaine that was spread all over his car. But it wasn't cocaine. It was drywall powder. He TOLD them it was drywall -- he's a handyman -- but the cops would not listen. Why did it take 90 days to test and exonerate him? Because Florida.
