A couple of water parks in Ontario and Quebec are enforcing a dress code: women can't go topless. This is actually being litigated before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, connected to a complaint about a similar ban by the city of Cornwall regarding its public pools. Canadian law is different from America's, but can't private businesses enforce reasonable dress codes? (Canadian Press via CTV News)
