Maybe Reverse Psychology Would Have....

A school in Montreal held an assembly to tell students not to run and cross the tracks to catch an oncoming train. The next time, a teen was severely injured that way. Which is a reminder that you can tell kids -- really, you can tell adults, too, whatever you want, and you can issue all the stern warnings and life instructions you want, and they'll still ignore you, not because they're stupid so much as people just don't believe the rules apply to them, including the laws of science and physics and common sense. If you think you're invulnerable, you'll run in front of a train. (Montreal Gazette)
