A customer at a McDonald's in Charlotte says that she was mistreated by a manager at the drive-thru, and she got it on video; the harassment, she said, which included a slamming of the drive-thru window and was precipitated when the customer asked if everything was in her order, was because she's Hispanic. Here's the issue: Regardless of any of this, whatever happened to The Customer Is Always Right? Granted, fast food workers deal with a Felliniesque assortment of humanity, but, still, at some point, service workers began to snap back at customers. The manager in the video's been fired, by the way. (WJZY-TV/Charlotte)
