Actually, Expo 67 And The '64-'65 New York Fairs Were Kinda Cool
-
The city of Bloomington, Minnesota (home of the Mall of America and former home of the Twins, Vikings, and North Stars) has purchased a farm for $32.3 million. The plan: World's Fair. We've mentioned this before -- the Twin Cities are competing with Argentina and Poland for a 2023 World's Fair -- and as I did the last time, I gotta ask, are they really still doing World's Fairs? Because I thought that ended with Knoxville. (Minneapolis Star Tribune)
