If We Know It's Him, It Wasn't A Good Enough Disguise
-
A report that Harvey Weinstein was spotted in disguise having dinner at a Phoenix restaurant raises the question of whether someone like him, someone notorious and reviled, will ever be able to go out in public without disguising himself. It's both vigilantism -- no waiting for the courts to deal with him, the public shaming is taking the lead instead -- and appropriate -- the fact that he even gets to go to nice restaurants after leaving a trail of horrible behavior and, according to so many victims, sexual assault is kind of enraging in and of itself.
