Whatever They Spent On The Land And Lawyer, They'll Get Back (And More) In Publicity
-
Okay, props to Cards Against Humanity for a very effective publicity stunt: The card game makers, no strangers to controversy, have bought land on the Mexican border to block Trump's wall and hired an eminent domain lawyer specialist to fend off any government attempts to buy them out. While it's unlikely that they can really stop the wall (it's way more likely that the wall will be stopped by Congress not funding it), it IS a clever way to get the game into the news. And if you're in favor of the wall and are upset by what they're pulling, well, they probably think you weren't going to buy their game anyway. (WLS-TV/Chicago)
