If Hockey Involved Jumping Out Of Airplanes, They Might Have A Point
-
For the last time, nobody -- NOBODY -- is confusing the Vegas Golden Knights with the Army's skydiving Golden Knights. Nobody. Why is the Army still challenging the Golden Knights trademark? Well, for one thing, they want to make sure they can still use the name, and worry that if the hockey team trademarks it, there might be trouble. So it's possible the trademark will be turned down, but that doesn't mean anyone will have to change the name. This could be settled by letting the team have the trademark iin exchange for a free license to use the name in perpetuity, but that would mean fewer billable hours for the lawyers.
