Frats Without Alcohol Are... Well, If They're Not Frats Anymore, That Might Be A Good Thing

After an alleged sexual assault at a frat party, UCLA has banned fraternities from serving alcohol at in-house events, and that might be wise considering what has happened and that most college students are not of drinking age. But college students drink. They always have. Can you really ban that, or will it just drive the alcohol underground, into a closet or back room? (KABC-TV/Los Angeles)
