But Freddie Freeman Has A Playground, So It's All Good
-
In case you missed it, Cobb County, GA, which spent a fortune on a stadium and office/retail/residential complex for the Atlanta Braves, now is looking at closing up to eight libraries because they have a $30 to $55 million shortfall in its 2019 budget. They recently opened a new $10 million library to replace an old one without having the money to do it. If you're a local, you gave a large, rich corporation millions of your own dollars and now you might not have a library in your area. Good going. (Atlanta Journal Constitution)
