What About Arnold Ziffel? Huh? No Answer For THAT, City Council?

She was always obsessed with the idea, so the moment she got to college, she went and got the pet pig she always wanted. Problem: She goes to school in Dickinson, ND, where it's illegal to keep a pig as a pet. Probably should have looked that up first. The city considers pigs livestock. And livestock a pig is, especially in a farm area where pigs are most definitely food. So, should she be able to keep little (for now) Bart as a pet?
