Are you tired of all the diets you hear about to extend your life? Here's yet another one, basically mostly plant-based, occasional fish, and quarterly fasting. So, a lot of salads and veggies, and not eating for days at a time and for a long overnight period. Sounds boring. Could you do that? (KABC-TV/Los Angeles)
